exchange them or provide a refund. If you decide your order is not for you we
will refund in full including the cost of the original postage;

What we ask of you:
If contacting us by e-mail please include your order number and
date of order so that we can help swiftly;
If an item is being returned for refund or replacement, please do so within 5 days of receipt and enclose the completed Returns Form; The returned item must be in the same condition as originally despatched.
Please take care when unpacking & repacking and please ensure that briefs are
tried on over your own lingerie - you will understand we cannot accept returns
on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in poor condition.
